UAA – UMENCIA® ART AWARDS | The Creative Image Awards honors photographers and visual artists whose work inspires, moves, and connects people across the world.
Founded by artist photographer Christine Giroux, the awards are built on the belief that photography can transcend language and distance, offering powerful perspectives and fostering deeper human connection.
The competition welcomes all passionate creators ready to share their artistic voice. Every submission is carefully evaluated by a distinguished panel of judges through a structured five-point scoring system.

Through our category-based competition, we recognize excellence across a broad spectrum of photography, offering photographers renewed purpose, inspiration, and the excitement of international recognition.
To properly honor our finalists and winners, we present an annual awards ceremony celebrating outstanding work in each category and subcategory.
The competition is open to all photographers, creators regardless of experience. We welcome you to share your story and your creative vision with the world.
